I LOVED pudding pops!Bill Cosby references aside here's my recipe:HALF a package of Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding.1 cup of WHOLE milk (you can use low fat or skim, but it ends up being slightly crunchy)2 tsp cocoa powder1.25 cups of Cool WhipMethod:Mix the dry cocoa powder into the jello powder.Mix the milk with the dry ingredients.Finally, mix the Cool Whip into the pudding mixFreeze for at least 3 hours.Use popsicle molds and freeze.
