
My mom and uncle got into an argument about ribs. Does the ribs ability to fall off the meat lie on the technique of cooking it or is it the meat itself?I personally think it’s somewhere in between, but I wanted to get the advice of some more experienced chefs.If it is all on technique does anyone have a good recipe to cook ribs with?
