hello travelers, finding manufacturing facilities, Atlas Pass V2, recipes... what to do?

I've maxed out all but one of my Milestones. The only thing I can seem to get with the new update from Polo is directions to the Atlas or a Black Hole. I've completed Artemis Path and the Atlas Quest line.Still, I'm missing Atlas Pass V2/V3. Also missing recipes for Carbon Diodes, Cobalt Mirrors and probably a few more.I heard to search at manufacturing facilities, but using Signal Boosters doesn't seem to give me an option to isolate that kind of facility any more.I must be missing something.
