
I've been dairy-free for longer than I've been vegan & I've always been intrigued by creamy sauces made with raw cashews but never tried one. I finally found a recipe for a fettuccine alfredo recipe which calls for raw cashews in the sauce. I don't have a high-speed blender and the recipe advises to soak the cashews for at least 4 hours in cool water if you don't before blending.
