
Hey, everyone! I was hoping to source some inspiration from the cocktail and food community in Asia for a case study I’m doing. I was recently approached with the opportunity to possibly take over a bar program in a restaurant that takes heavy influence from Asian street carts and food culture. I want to maintain that influence in the bar program, so I wanted to ask what your favorite traditional drinks/foods were, favored regional ingredients, and what kind of trends you’ve found in the cocktail/food scene in Asia.All information would be really helpful.
