/r/loseit I need your help

I started losing weight in January of this year and I've lost just shy of ~59 lbs in the ~8 months since. The thing that worked for me was CICO, simply logging my food in MyFitnessPal and keeping track that way. Doing that meant that I didn't need to make any drastic overhauls to my diet, it was easy and simple. However, the quality of the food you eat is important and it's something I want to continue to improve throughout my life. That's where I want to ask for help, because I just don't know where to start. I know that my questions will come across as someone looking for the easy way to do hard things, but honestly every time I've tried to overhaul myself it hasn't lasted.I guess the main things I'd like to ask for would be:Easy to make, relatively healthy but not too "exotic" meals/recipes/recipe books - part of my weight issue in my life is that I've never been too adventurous when it comes to foodSimple ways to improve the quality of meals I already eat - a way of guessing/knowing what might pair well or things to try that I might not have thought ofHealthy snacks that can be bought/made cheaply - I currently try to avoid snacking and just go for big meals but I'd love to hear healthy snack ideasI definietly don't expect anyone to personally answer each of those questions, but I'd be incredibly grateful for blog/vlog/book recommendations that I could look into which might answer those questions. Thank you! via /r/loseit https://ift.tt/31g9sUA
