Looking for picky eater meal recommendations or directions to good picky eater recipes. I’ve always been a picky eater, and my parents don’t help. I’m not blaming it on them, but I just wish they would stop treating me like I’m just doing it to be a spoiled brat that wants to boss everyone around to get the food she wants. My dad shook his head at me when he saw that I pulled off the extra turkey that hung over my sandwich bread. He is big on not wasting food. It was so hurtful, even though he didn’t say anything. I’ve literally gagged on sandwiches when there was too much turkey in one bite, it won’t go down. Sometimes I just have to imagine my favorite food and try not to let the food touch my tongue. I eat almost the same bad food everyday and it’s really hurting my health, I’m gaining weight and I don’t want to gain any more that I don’t need. I can’t cook, I’m too young to and my parents wouldn’t trust me anyways. I eat frozen food practically every night, and I have looked at “picky eater meals” or easy meals to cook but I rarely find anything on those lists that isn’t like “try cutting the bread into stars so it makes it more fun for your child to eat!” Or just one that In general is actually healthy. I would like a recipe that doesn’t need a ton of ingredients if possible..I hope that being here with other picky eaters will make it so I can get better suggestions. My dislikes: eggs, (most fruits cause I get hives from them) any type of spaghetti or thing with noodles, spinach, seafood, beans, cucumber, bell pepper, cream cheese, etc. Thank you so much if you take the time to respond! :) via /r/PickyEaters https://ift.tt/2H7KdLz
