
So the other night I made a post asking for healthy recipes I could try, and someone suggested quesadillas, since you can put pretty much anything in them. So that’s what I did.First I made Skillet Sweet Potatoes , however I used pre-cubed sweet potatoes to make it easier on myself.After those were done I started my quesadilla. I used butter on the pan and fried the tortilla, then added a combination of Mexican cheeses and the sweet potatoes. The end result was a crispy and hearty quesadilla. And I really enjoyed it, even with the potatoes having cinnamon on them. It added something to the flavor that made me happy and proud of what I made. I plan on making my brother one with the leftover potatoes once he gets home, hopefully he likes it 🙂 via /r/Healthy_Recipes https://ift.tt/2vhPGwM
