Is there an Official List of Reputation Rewards and when they will become Avaliable?

I think I recall a Bluepost stating when which recipes will be released. Alas, trying to google it I haven't found anything going into detail.It makes planning ahead really difficult, which honestly might also just be the intentions of the Devs so that people that just don't know don't get punished too hard.
