
I had always seen people mention it as doable but had never tried it or seen a recipe. Tonight I had the munchies and didn’t know what to eat, so I went for it.Oats briefly toasted in butter, add thinly sliced cabbage, and the whites of a green onion. Add a couple ice cubes of veggie stock and water, then cover and cook for one min.Finely chop the rest of the green onion and some parsley, add in when it’s done cooking, re-cover and remove from heat for a minute before serving.Top with chili crisp. (Really the lesson here is chili crisp makes everything amazing, finally bought some last week and I put it on everything)Way better than I expected, will be doing this again very soon. via /r/Cooking https://ift.tt/2QdNP3r
