Shredded chicken ideas?


I’ve found my core meal which consists of some sort of sauce base, frozen chicken breast, then cooking for 15 + 10 minutes NR, shredding, and returning to pot to mix in with the sauce. So far i’ve done this with salsa, buffalo sauce, and a hawaiian recipe (pineapple, bbq, soy). Does anyone have any suggestion i could do to keep things fresh and switch it up?
