Super Cheap, Easy, & Addictive Bone Broth Recipe (Great for meal prep)

I came across this Bone Broth Recipe and have been using it a TON lately for meal prep. The bone broth on its own is really low in calories but is super healthy so I usually just have it in the morning before work or as a snack type thing. It's cheap because you can buy a rotisserie chicken for like 10 bucks and use the meat, and instead of throwing away the rest, you just throw it in a crockpot (at least that's what I use) and let it cook and do its thing then you have a bunch of little mini-meals that make you feel amazing and it strengthens your immune system.2lbs of bones from high-quality source (I just use a whole rotisserie chicken after I use the meat off of it)2 carrots2 stalks of celery2 tablespoons of Apple cider Vinegar1-inch knob of ginger1 tablespoon of sea salt2 tsp of black pepper2 tsp of turmeric1 gallon of waterPlace all ingredients in a pot and bring to a slow simmer for 24-48 hoursThere are also some additional tips on different ways to do it and alternative ingredients you can use if you go to the original website I linked to above. via /r/EatCheapAndHealthy https://ift.tt/33gNKRP
