[Request] Asian buffet style pork dumplings and peanut butter chicken

If anyone has ever been to a typical Asian buffet they’ll know what I’m talking about. The peanut butter chicken is crispy fried chicken, almost like katsu, normally cut into strips and covered in a sweet, thick peanut butter sauce. The pork dumplings are just crispy fried dumplings, but they’re delicious.
