Hello everyone and happy eats this long weekend. I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe with teriyaki chicken on skewers. I am bringing them to a potluck and want to impress everyone with them. A few questions I have are: Should I marinate the chicken before and how long? What veggies go well with skewers and which don't allow them to be skewered and may fall off for example.
