Helping Mom Setup Her Spice Mix Business.

We are a three people team Me , my wife and my mom. She makes amazing spice mix which is used in a lot of Indian recipes. She is an old school Entrepreneur with no knowledge of the online culture and tools that will help her to grow her business.Proof Of concept : Last year she made 40 Kgs of the spice mix and it all got sold out.Her background :Got an award by the local municipality for her efforts towards conversing environment around the townWon thousands of award in flower shows and Vegetable shows around Maharashtra.Been a businesswomen till date.My Strategy Funnel:Awareness funnel:Instagram :Beautiful pictures of the dishes which can be cooked using the spice mix. Two posts per week.​Blog :Let her story. Let the story of how we are going to procure the raw materials , keeping it sustainable and helpnig local farmers.​Facebook :Create a page for the company . Create a Group of that company to help people out with making those recipes. Give Customer/client Support. Get feedback. Keep it social. Not shoving any marketing thing down their throat. Create a Community.​The Consideration funnel:YouTube :Create Videos of the recipes for people to follow and share those on the facebook group.​The Decision funnel:Saturday or Sunday Lunch or Dinner Invitation to Food Bloggers/ People/Foodies:There will be a Dinner or lunch by invitation or may be paid later. so we can show case the dishes which can be made by the spice mix. Taste is everything,nothing can beat word of mouth publicity and after tantalizing through Instagram and Facebook i think this will be a good strategy so people can talk and may b share it on social media.​Selling product :Amazon India :As amazon is huge in India. I think it will be much more better idea to get the delivery support and also the user base they have . if i sign up for "Full filled by amazon" My headache of packaging the product and personally dealing with shipper would be taken care. so i can take care of the other stuff like Sourcing , Grinding and Packaging.Shopify : You guys know know the drill .Well that's my whole Strategy . via /r/Entrepreneur https://ift.tt/2B9uBVA
