Licensed store: grande praise??? is that a thing?

Today, a coworker called in (we typically have one person open, and then a mid shift or two come in a little later). Since we are a licensed store, our direct managers (above the Starbucks lead) is a manager of an entire department plus Starbucks. Though our boss doesn’t know a ton, when the coworker called off our boss jumped right in and tried to open the store! Used recipe cards, made drinks, and even prepared the iced teas correctly!All in all, it is a wonderful thing to have managers who aren’t directly assigned to Starbucks help out in such a significant way! via /r/starbucks https://ift.tt/2qRp0xu
