Refrigerating cookie dough - how much difference does it make?


Generally I’ve always just used my “go to” cookie recipe which doesn’t involve doing it, but now that I want to up my cookie game a lot of the recipes I come across clearly recommend doing it.Just wondering is it more the taste or texture it improves?Is overnight really necessary?Anyway would love some tips/insight from the dough experts here! :) via /r/cookingforbeginners https://ift.tt/2KgOU6J
