This recipe is reallly simple, but I just wanted to share because it's really good for people who are always rushing in the morning for whatever reason, and it tastes amazing.I have very little time in the morning, so I can't spend 20 mins frying some eggs or making a whole recipe. also: reheated egg casserole tastes awful. or maybe i'm just bad at cooking. Starting the day off with good food is important to me though, I have to start the day off good. I found this solution back in the 3rd week and haven't stopped since. I usually have this and my own vers. of bulletproof coffee.CHEESE VERS >> 216 calories | 16.3g fat | 22.3g protein | 1.5g net carbsIngredients:2 boiled eggs ; 1/3 cup mozzarella ; oregano, pepper flakes, salt and pepperThe drill: Cut eggs in half, load w cheese and desired seasoning, pop in microwave for 30 secs. take out when cheese is melted cause eggs explode if you microwave them too long. (learned the hard way)GUAC VER>> 201 calories | 14g fat | 6.5g protein | 1.5g net carbsIngredients:2 boiled eggs ; 2 tbsp guac/avocado ; salt/pepperif you have time: cut eggs in half, pop out the yolks into a bowl, add guac and mash together, scoop back in and eat! (yes this is deviled egg)no time: cut eggs in half, warm eggs for 20 secs in microwave, slap the guac on, pop in mouth and runAbout the Guac: store-bought is totally fine, but when making your own beforehand, don't include tomatoes and seal completely w plastic wrap so it doesn't oxidize fast.Notes:Hardboil eggs the sunday before the week starts, the night before, etc. This ensures you can make breakfast in 1-2 mins and probably eat it in 2-3 mins, if not on the way.You can substitute for any cheese, but mozzarella is the best melty cheese for this. I honestly don't measure the cheese anymore, just stack on as much as you like.Oregano, Italian Seasoning, Pepper Flakes, etc. are $1 a good-sized jar at Aldi's. Grab some if you can. via /r/ketorecipes https://ift.tt/2PY45XI
