Vegan egg yolk substitute?

I’m still trying to whip up a vegan soufflé pancake or jiggly pancake recipe but I’m not sure what to use as a substitute for just yolk like for the whites I’m obviously using aquafaba but the yolk I’m not sure. Any suggestions? via /r/vegan https://ift.tt/2OPmwc9
