Admittedly I'm new to pellet smokers. But my GMG seems to be cooking extremely fast as compared to recipes and videos, even compared to GMGs own videos/recipes. I've done 2 briskets and a pork belly so far, to the T as recommended by GMG and each took easily 1/4 of the recommended time and didn't come out all too great. Couple with the fact my lid had all the paint peel off in the first week of owning the GMG DB Prime (they replaced the lid but it took over 2 months) I've been very underwhelmed. Any advice?
