I bought 2 books that have a few recipes in them, however the recipes in both are largely the same and have dinner recipes in them to use the few canning recipes they have, such as “basil roasted chicken and lemon zest green beans...add olive oil and lemon zest to the canned green beans (recipe on page 38)” and it’s just a very generic how to can green beans recipe. I know a lot of people refer to the ball blue book for their recipes and such but is there a website like food network that has a massive ton of tested recipes? And if you find something online how do you know if it’s a recipe that has been tested? via /r/Safecanning https://ift.tt/313nRTC
