
Hi, I’ve recently started doing some meal prep and at the moment I’m making marinated chicken with lemon, lime and chilli as my core flavours. So far it has been ok but I’m starting to get bored of the flavours. I’ve looked over this sub for alternative ideas but I still want to have chicken as my protein for my meal. What do you do with your chicken? I’ve been thinking about a cream or yogurt marinade but don’t know how well that will keep as I like to leave my chicken overnight and reheat through the week.Thanks!Also rice, I use long grain brown and was wondering if there’s a nice stock or sauce I can leave on the container when the meals are made for ease of serve via /r/MealPrepSunday https://ift.tt/2Pb1OXm
