Netherite Horse Armors should be added.

I guess it would add an interesting dynamic to Diamond Horse Armors, as every horse armor is generated as loot, unobtainable through crafting.As the netherite is a direct upgrade from diamond, the default recipe is any diamond based tool or armor merged with a netherite ingot.
