Question about adapting FWSY to make smaller loaves?


I’d like to make a smaller loaf of White Bread with Poolish than the book, but am too dumb to do the math. If I want to only use 375g flour how do I adjust the amounts of the other ingredients? In both the poolish and final dough.Here's the recipe via /r/Breadit https://ift.tt/2SzmNFu
