Honey ginger milk pudding


Here is a light dessert that will both satisfy our sweet tooth and boost our immune system. The making process is very simple and It can be enjoyed hot or cold on any day.Recipe video: https://youtu.be/BxozmKyGdiQYield: 1 servingIngredients:25 g ginger (yield about 1 tablespoon ginger juice), adjust to taste1 large egg white125 ml whole milk1 tsp honey (can be substituted with sugar), adjust to tasteInstructions:Remove ginger skin. Then grate it with microplane or the finest grater.Into a heat-proof bowl or ramekin, press grated ginger against a mesh strainer to squeeze out the juice. Set aside.Heat the milk until lukewarm. Stir in honey until dissolved.Pour mixture into egg white. Whisk to combine.Strain the mixture into the bowl of ginger to remove any foam. Stir to fully combine. Cover the bowl with foil.Transfer the bowl into a steamer. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for another 10 minutes before opening the lid.
