
As much as I hate to admit it, I'm a bit of picky eaters. I scan cookbooks and food blogs looking for the recipes that don't rely on any of my offending ingredients (i.e. onion chunks, raw tomatoes, and olives), and at restaurants, I'm "that girl" who isn't afraid to tweak a dish to fit my exact specifications. Truth be told, sometimes the kids' menu looks more appealing.All this to say, I know the struggle of being a picky eater. The challenge?
