
So I'm just starting to venture into cooking, I have a few recipes that I like to make and I'm trying to expand. But a lot of the recipes I'm finding (I've been flipping through The Food Lab, for example) are just really meat heavy. I'm not a vegetarian or anything, but I'm just not a huge fan of eating huge hunks of meat by themselves (i.e., an entire chicken breast.)
