Huge NSV Over the Weekend

Over the weekend I decided to go through some old clothing that hasn’t fit in around 4-5 years. Specifically some shirts I bought at a festival I used to go to every year (I always got the biggest size they had, but by the last year I couldn’t even really wear it even when I bought it). I also had a nice old jacket that I used to wear a lot but got too fat to zip up.I tried everything, and the jacket fits great (roomier than I ever remember it being) and the shirts almost fit but I have a long torso and a belly so not quite right yet, but wearable with a tucked in undershirt. I think when my belly gets a little smaller they will be perfect.I feel surprisingly encouraged by this. I’m down from a 5xl being too small and showing my belly to a 2xl being wearable. Down over 110 pounds. The first time I posted this it was flagged as too short, so to add a little content I figured I would ask for cooking suggestions or book suggestions (more on how to cook rather than just recipes).I am a very bare bones cook and I usually cook the same meals over and over. I want to add some variance and maybe find a way to enjoy cooking/food. My number one meal is baked chicken breasts with a little olive oil, garlic, and black pepper along side stir fried vegetables.I’m just hoping to learn better foundational cooking though, because I do know how to make a lot of individual things even if most aren’t all that healthy. I don’t religiously stick to keto, but I’ve found that low carb works well for me and it’s my goal. If I want something I’ll still have it though. via /r/loseit https://ift.tt/2uy6pMm
