I make a family recipe apple crisp, while it tastes great its kind of basic and I've been volunteered into a literal bake off with co-workers (I'm not a real big baker). its a simple recipe with a mix of apples (usually more tart with brown sugar and cinnamon on the apples with a crisp top of butter, flour, vanilla-sugar, cinnamon & oats to form a nice crisp solid top.
