
So I finally gave in and got some jaggery sugar at the Indian grocery and it's so tasty. It's not even high quality stuff. It'll have a permanent home next to my muscovado sugar.I have a recipe for brown sugar anise seed cookies that I've been wanting to try that I think the jaggery will work well with.
