What do you do when you have entirely too many lemons?

I have a lemon tree in my back yard that massively overproduces fruit, and every year tons of them go to waste. We give away hundreds, but even right now I have hundreds more sitting in bags, and more still on the tree.What recipes do you guys have that require inordinate numbers of lemons?
