Did anyone get the Tom Brady TB12 Nuturition Manual?

I'm wondering if anyone got the Tom Brady TB12 Nutrition Manual, the cookbook of recipes with a wooden cover and not to be confused for the Method book.Have you used it, have you stuck with it, are you still receving new recipe pages as update?
